I just got back from a much needed weekend hanging out with several of my college friends. It put me a little behind my planned schedule for my posts, but I really needed the mental health benefits.
So here's a run-down of my planned upcoming posts: I'm going to have a text review of "Dear Esther" done this week. I have it mostly finished, but I feel that to do the game justice, I should really play through it again. Warning: this one will contain significant spoilers, because there really isn't any other way to talk about it.
Next up, there will be a video follow-up to my rant about "This is Not a Movie." It's going to be a lot more in-depth than the couple of paragraphs I wrote right after watching it. I'm not sure when this will be done, but look for it in the next few weeks.
There is also my long-planned Nibiru review, which I hope to finish filming by the end of this week, but we'll have to see. My usual filming space is currently (and against my strongest objections) being used as temporary storage, so I can't do much.
My next planned video after that will be for a little-known game called "The NeverhoOd." It's a nice contrast to most of the other games on this list, because it's actually intentionally funny. I'm really looking forward to doing this one, because it's a game that I really think everyone should know about. If you want to read a text review that I wrote of it a while ago, check it out here. Keep in mind that I'll be replaying the game for the video, so I'll probably have more to say about it than I did for that, which was entirely from memory.
I have a few more games that I'm thinking about for after that, but there aren't any that I've really committed myself to, so I'm just as interested in seeing what comes next as anyone else.
